2. Services Offered
The app offers the following services:

  • Booking for services dedicated to trucks.
  • Viewing available stations for refueling with LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas), CNG (Compressed Natural Gas), BIO-LNG, BIO-CNG, HVO, and Ad Blue across Italy.

3. Registration
To use the booking services, you must register in the app by providing truthful and up-to-date information.
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Booking Services
Booking procedure: service bookings can be made through the app by specifying the date, time, location, vehicle license plate, and phone number for direct contact. Please note that the phone number is required solely for direct contact in case of issues with the booking (e.g., inability to provide the booked service, changes in dates or times, etc.). No contact will be made for any other purposes.

5. Station Information
The app provides information on refueling stations for LNG, CNG, BIO-LNG, BIO-CNG, HVO, and Ad Blue, including opening hours, address, service availability, and product supply.
The accuracy of this information is subject to change and is not guaranteed.

6. User Responsibility
The user agrees to:

  • Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and while using the services.
  • Not use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Keep their app login credentials confidential. The user is responsible for any activity conducted through their account.

7. Limitation of Liability
Blu Mobility srl is not responsible for:

  • Any damages resulting from the use of selected services for fleet vehicles or the driven vehicle.
  • Any non-compliance by the stations providing the services.
  • Inaccuracies in the refueling station information.
  • Use of the account by unauthorized third parties.
  • Any service interruptions or app malfunctions.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the app. It is the user’s responsibility to check for updates periodically.

9. Privacy
The app collects and uses users’ personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the app, the user agrees to these terms. By registering and using the Blu Mobility app, the user fully accepts the Privacy Policy applied by Blu Mobility srl, available at this LINK.
